Pinnacle is the first multi-specialty, multi-professional organization specifically dedicated to giving women in clinical settings the tools needed to succeed in medicine.

Pinnacle is the ONLY organization dedicated to addressing the challenges that ALL women in healthcare face. Pinnacle empowers women in medicine through education, community, and actionable strategies for both the practice and business of medicine. Medicine is a lifelong career, and continuing education is crucial for professional development. As a result of its educational efforts, Pinnacle will change the knowledge base, competency, skills, strategies, and/or performance of its learners as members of the healthcare team.

  • Natalie Crawford, MD is co-founder of Fora Fertility, a boutique fertility practice in Austin, Texas and is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Crawford is CEO and co-founder of Pinnacle, and is a digital health educator on fertility and reproductive health on Instagram/TikTok @nataliecrawfordmd, twitter @ncrawfordmd, and You Tube “Natalie Crawford, MD,” and she is the host of the popular podcast  “As a Woman: Fertility, Hormones and Beyond” with over 4 million downloads.

  • Pamela Mehta, MD is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who has been in practice for over 13 years and started her own solo concierge private practice called Resilience Orthopaedics in 2016. In addition to her clinical practice she advises several medical companies and startups and recently became the Chief Medical Officer to The Good Feet Store, a retail personalized Arch Support company. Based on her experience as a female in a male dominated field she is passionate about women designing a life on their own terms when it comes to career and family. She shares her life as a practice owner and mom to 3 on her social media platforms @dr.pamelamehta.

Rupa Wong MD

  • Rupa Wong, MD is a wife, mom to 3 kids, entrepreneur, and the Managing Partner of Honolulu Eye Clinic, a 4 doctor practice, for the past 16 years.

    Six years ago, Dr. Wong had the original idea for Pinnacle and now serves as the Chief Product Officer.

    Dr. Wong serves on the Foundation Advisory Board for the American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmologists & Strabismus, as well as the Recruitment Task Force and is Vice-Chair of the Digital Education Committee. She is on the Communications Committee of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Wong is also on the Board of Directors for Make A Wish Hawaii and Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii.

    Dr. Wong is active on Instagram, her blog and YouTube channel where she discusses practice management, harmonizing work and life, as well as the gaps in business knowledge that medical school does not address.

  • Kayla is originally from Louisiana and received a Bachelors degree from Northwestern State University in Family and Consumer Sciences. Kayla has been with the Pinnacle Team since 2020 and is the lead on ground support for The Pinnacle Women in Medicine Conference each year. She currently lives in Oklahoma City with her husband and daughter.

KAYLA CAVAGNARO

  • Amanda was born and raised in Southern California where she attended Cal Poly Pomona. She now lives in northern Idaho with her husband and 2-year-old. She loves exploring nature, reading and making the most of her time with her family.

AMANDA VALLIER

  • Krisli graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resource Management. She lives in the Atlanta, Georgia area with her husband and 3 wonderful children. She is always on the go at the ballfields or the dance studio.

KRISLI COFFMAN

  • Emily graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, AL with a BA in Family Studies and Psychology and a Masters of Divinity in Biblical Counseling from Southern Seminary. She has spent the past decade leading the Women Studies Program at Sojourn Church in Woodstock, GA. She has three kids, a goldendoole and loves spending time with her family, a good fantasy book, and eating cookie cake.

EMILY CHAMBERS

  • Angela Roantree Smith is a licensed veterinary technician with over 20 years experience in the field. She has worked for over 10 years as an emergency and critical care veterinary nurse, as well as in large multidisciplinary centers working alongside veterinary dentists, oncologists, and orthopedic surgeons. Her personal interests include volunteering her time in rural Guatemala, hiking, learning languages, and anything animal related! Currently she enjoys the position of office manager for Dr. Pamela Mehta's busy orthopedic practice in San Jose, CA and behind the scenes production at Pinnacle Conference.

SAMANTHA LOSSETT

  • Samantha Lossett is an Oregon native currently residing in Portland with her husband and their beloved poodle. A proud University of Oregon alumni with a degree in Psychology—Go Ducks!—Samantha spent over 13 years building a successful career in the dental field before transitioning into medical education. Her passion for learning and connecting with others makes her a natural fit for her new role as Education Manager at Pinnacle. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys golfing, painting, traveling, and all things real estate. She’s excited to be part of the Pinnacle team and looks forward to connecting with everyone at the upcoming Pinnacle Conference in Austin!

  • Gayle was born and raised in Austin, completed her Bachelors at Trinity University, anD then concluded her Maters in Genetic Counseling at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Gayle created and now leads the genetics program at Texas Oncology, as the Director of Genetic Risk Evaluation and Testing. An advocate of excellent clinical care, Gayle translates that passion into her annual coordination and support of the Pinnacle conference. Gayle is the mother of two amazing daughters who keep her very busy with dance and teen angst.

  • Lisa is the Head of Internal Audit for eyewear brand Warby Parker. She has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and is a Certified Internal Auditor. She is originally from Austin, Texas but spent 10 years living and working abroad in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She currently lives in Austin with her husband and two children.

  • With over two decades of experience in media, branding and editorial strategy, Lindsay Irvin is a creative force known for blending storytelling with design to build impactful brand identities.

    She is the founder of LTI Creative, a boutique creative consultancy specializing in graphic design, branding, social media, content development, front-end website design and more for small- to medium-sized businesses.

  • Amanda is a highly skilled electrical engineer with a Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University. With nearly 20 years of experience, she has been involved in diverse projects ranging from defense, consumer electronics and medical equipment. Amanda's most notable achievement is spearheading and managing the production floor for a specialized line of gimbals used in critical intelligence and surveillance missions. When not in the office, Amanda can be found with her husband cheering on their two sons at the fields, caring for her botanical buddies or reluctantly learning about Pokemon and Minecraft.

  • Kirby lives in Guatemala with his wife, Angela. He is Dr. Mehta’s admin and accounts manager and has been on the ground production lead for Pinnacle Conference since 2022

  • Kristi is an Austin native and grew up in healthcare with two physician parents. Kristi received a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio. Currently, Kristi serves as Vice President of Surgery at Texas Oncology. Joining the

    Pinnacle team in 2023, Kristi enjoys the supporting positive culture and empowering leaders in medicine. Kristi is a mom of two and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, when she is not chasing her daughter in and out of cheer competitions.

  • Born in Fort Worth, Valentina moved to Austin to attend UT where she completed both undergraduate and graduate degrees. Valentina is a leader in Employee Engagement, running internal team engagement for local fintech company, AffiniPay. She is thrilled to use her background and experience in large-scale event planning to assist with the coordination and onsite support during the Pinnacle conference. When she is not working or volunteering, Valentina is kept busy by her three daughters (Daphne, Poppy & Violet) who keep her driving all around Austin for theatre, music, and lacrosse!

JAMES DAVIDSON, MBChB

  • James Davidson is an ex-NHS Doctor based in Manchester, UK. After an exhausting period working as a hospitalist on the COVID front line, he took a break from clinical work to prevent burnout. Since then, he has launched two online businesses and joined the Pinnacle team in 2024 to lead search engine marketing and implementation of Pinnacle's new learning management system. He's still trying to figure out how to tone down his British sense of humo(u)r.
