Medicine is a lifelong career, and continuing education is crucial for professional development.   • Natalie Crawford, MD is co-founder of Fora Fertility, a boutique fertility practice in Austin, Texas and is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Crawford is CEO and co-founder of Pinnacle, and is a digital health educator on fertility and reproductive health on Instagram/TikTok @nataliecrawfordmd, twitter @ncrawfordmd, and You Tube “Natalie Crawford, MD,” and she is the host of the popular podcast  “As a Woman: Fertility, Hormones and Beyond” with over 4 million downloads.

  • Pamela Mehta, MD is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who has been in practice for over 13 years and started her own solo concierge private practice called Resilience Orthopaedics in 2016. In addition to her clinical practice she advises several medical companies and startups and recently became the Chief Medical Officer to The Good Feet Store, a retail personalized Arch Support company. Based on her experience as a female in a male dominated field she is passionate about women designing a life on their own terms when it comes to career and family. She shares her life as a practice owner and mom to 3 on her social media platforms @dr.pamelamehta.

Rupa Wong MD

  • Rupa Wong, MD is a wife, mom to 3 kids, entrepreneur, and the Managing Partner of Honolulu Eye Clinic, a 4 doctor practice, for the past 16 years.

    Six years ago, Dr. Wong had the original idea for Pinnacle and now serves as the Chief Product Officer.

    Dr. Wong serves on the Foundation Advisory Board for the American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmologists & Strabismus, as well as the Recruitment Task Force and is Vice-Chair of the Digital Education Committee. She is on the Communications Committee of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Wong is also on the Board of Directors for Make A Wish Hawaii and Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii.

    Dr. Wong is active on Instagram, her blog and YouTube channel where she discusses practice management, harmonizing work and life, as well as the gaps in business knowledge that medical school does not address.

  • Amanda was born and raised in Southern California where she attended Cal Poly Pomona. She now lives in northern Idaho with her husband and 2-year-old. She loves exploring nature, reading and making the most of her time with her family.

  • Krisli graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resource Management. She lives in the Atlanta, Georgia area with her husband and 3 wonderful children. She is always on the go at the ballfields or the dance studio.

EMILY CHAMBERS

  • Emily graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, AL with a BA in Family Studies and Psychology and a Masters of Divinity in Biblical Counseling from Southern Seminary. She has spent the past decade leading the Women Studies Program at Sojourn Church in Woodstock, GA. She has three kids, a goldendoole and loves spending time with her family, a good fantasy book, and eating cookie cake.

JAMES DAVIDSON, MBChB

  • James Davidson is an ex-NHS Doctor based in Manchester, UK. After an exhausting period working as a hospitalist on the COVID front line, he took a break from clinical work to prevent burnout.

    Since then, he has launched two online businesses and joined the Pinnacle team in 2024 to lead search engine marketing and implementation of Pinnacle's new learning management system. He's still trying to figure out how to tone down his British sense of humo(u)r.

HOPE ROBINSON

  • Hope was born and raised in Southern California and brings over a decade of customer service experience to her role at Learn at Pinnacle. She attended Antelope Valley College and is known for her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence in everything she does. Deeply family-oriented, Hope values genuine connections and approaches every interaction with care and purpose. Outside of work, she loves to travel and explore new experiences that inspire both personal and professional growth.
