As the daughter of healthcare providers, Elizabeth Lemoine is passionate about representing physicians, medical practices, and other health care providers in today’s increasingly competitive and regulated environment. Elizabeth is a partner at the law firm of Wick Phillips Gould & Martin, LLP in Dallas, Texas, where she represents health care providers in a variety of matters, including: non-competition disputes, payment audits, litigation against all major payors for under reimbursement, contract negotiations, practice management issues, compliance, organizational and transactional matters involving health care providers, and business disputes.
Elizabeth received her B.A. from Duke University, her J.D. from The George Washington University, and her LL.M. (master of laws) in health law from Loyola University of Chicago. Elizabeth has been married to Sean, a business trial lawyer, for over 20 years. They have a a daughter in high school and a son in college, in addition to two loving but messy dogs.
In her spare time, Elizabeth pursues traditional middle age activities like yoga, pilates, knitting, baking, and traveling. Elizabeth has attended all Pinnacle conferences except 2024 (only because her son was graduating high school!) and is grateful to be a part of such an empowering community.
