PINNACLE SCHOLARSHIPS
Opening doors for women shaping the future of healthcare.
Each year, Pinnacle partners with mission-aligned organizations to bring extraordinary women in healthcare to Pinnacle Conference — fully funded. These scholarships remove barriers to access and create space for the next generation of leaders, educators, advocates, and changemakers.
WHY SCHOLARSHIPS MATTER
Access changes everything.
Pinnacle Conference is more than a weekend away. It is a space where women in healthcare step out of survival mode, reconnect with their purpose, and build relationships that can shape the next chapter of their careers.
Our scholarships make that experience possible for women whose voices, leadership, and lived experiences deserve to be in the room.

Hear what Pinnacle meant to them.
“I am only at Pinnacle Conference because these three women read my short essay about why I wanted to come to Pinnacle and thought I should get to be here. They picked me. You have really spurred my belief in myself and my future. It’s one of the first events I’ve truly looked forward to in what seems like a very long time.”
