In 2025, we launched our inaugural scholarship program for the Pinnacle Conference, awarding two deserving women the opportunity to take part in a weekend of leadership, growth, and connection.

We’re thrilled to announce that the Katherine Ferguson Education and Mindfulness Scholarship is returning in 2026, giving two more women in healthcare the chance to take part.
