The Katherine Ferguson
Education and Mindfulness Scholarship
At Learn at Pinnacle, we empower women in medicine by providing access to mentorship, education, and connection—giving back to those shaping the future of healthcare.
In 2025, we launched our inaugural scholarship program for the Pinnacle Conference, awarding two deserving women the opportunity to take part in a weekend of leadership, growth, and connection.
We brought back the Katherine Ferguson Education and Mindfulness Scholarship in 2026, giving two more women in healthcare the chance to take part.
Congratulations to our 2026 scholars, Dr. Kat Hudon and Dr. Soumya Polavarapu!

Our 2025 Scholars

Caroline Cook, DO
I am only at Pinnacle Conference because these three women read my short essay about why I wanted to come to Pinnacle and thought I should get to be here.
They picked me.
You have really spurred my belief in myself and my future.
It's one of the first events I've truly looked forward to in what seems like a very long time.

Sandeepa Rajadhyaksha, MD
Being part of Pinnacle was a powerful reminder of what happens when women come together with honesty, growth, and real connection. Hearing women share not just their wins, but the work it took to get there made the whole experience feel deeply meaningful.
For so long, many of us were taught there was only room for one woman at the table—but that isn’t true. There is space for all of us, and when we support each other instead of competing, we all rise.
