Dr. Alicia Robbins is a board-certified OB/GYN, diplomat of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, and a certified menopause practitioner (MSCP). She completed medical school and residency at Mount Sinai in New York City, where she later joined the faculty full-time, earning multiple teaching awards and serving on the admissions committee of Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
Dr. Robbins is the founder of The Elm, a women’s practice specializing in gynecology, hormones, perimenopause, sexual health, longevity, and lifestyle medicine. She is passionate about helping women feel their best from the inside out and regularly speaks at medical conferences as a member of Longevity Docs. Her expertise has been featured in Women’s Health, Allure, Elle, The New York Times, National Geographic, Parent Magazine, ABC News, and she has been quoted in the book Millennial Menopause.
She is also preparing to launch her own podcast, Call Your Doctor, in fall 2025, offering accessible and engaging medical insights. In her free time, Dr. Robbins enjoys pilates, hot yoga, reading, and spending time in the countryside of her native southern Arizona.
