Dr. Brittney Culp is the Chief of Surgery at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center–Grapevine, where she has practiced trauma and emergency general surgery for over 10 years. Dual board-certified in general surgery and surgical critical care, she has dedicated her career to caring for patients and families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

Renowned for her leadership, compassion, and commitment to improving systems of care, Dr. Culp works to ensure every patient receives the best chance at recovery. Beyond her clinical expertise, she plays a key role in supporting and organizing her team of physicians, guiding professional development, contract management, and well-being initiatives so that her colleagues can deliver exceptional care.

In addition to her administrative and clinical responsibilities, Dr. Culp is actively involved in mentoring surgical residents and medical students. She is passionate about advancing surgical education, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and promoting innovations in trauma and critical care practices to improve outcomes for patients and communities alike.
