Lauren Zima
Pinnacle Conference 2026 Speaker
Journalist, Producer, Advocate
Lauren Zima began her journalism career at Newsy, an online news video startup that she saw to acquisition by Scripps Media. She was then brought on to ‘Entertainment Tonight,’ the No. 1 entertainment news show in America, where she won four Emmy Awards as a correspondent and host, interviewing the biggest stars of our time, covering every major awards show and creating and hosting CBS' biggest original digital series, ‘Roses and Rosé.’
She now runs Next Chapter Productions with her husband, broadcaster and host Chris Harrison, out of Austin, TX, and is also deeply devoted to getting grief support to children who have been through loss. The cause is personal: Lauren lost her father in 2010. She volunteers for and sits on the national board of Experience Camps, which puts on free, healing summer programs for children who have lost a parent or sibling.
Lauren believes in leading with positivity, support and resilience, values her female friendships deeply, and is honored to be speaking at Pinnacle.
