Jesse Fiest

Jesse Fiest is a passionate healthcare marketing professional with over a decade of experience in reproductive healthcare and family building. She began her career creating content to recruit gestational carriers and quickly discovered a love for SEO and digital marketing. Currently, as the Director of Product and Physician Marketing at Kindbody, Jesse leads a team of practice liaisons who earn referrals through trust and relationship building. Always collaborating closely with operations, she oversees reputation management and takes every opportunity to create optimized content.

A self-proclaimed RESOLVE "fan girl," Jesse has been actively volunteering with the organization, leveraging her proximity to Washington, DC to facilitate her support of federal legislative change. As a co-chair for RESOLVE's Federal Advocacy Day in 2020 and 2021, she, alongside an amazing team of volunteers and passionate advocates, achieved record participation numbers, launching the first event in which all 50 states were represented. Jesse’s enthusiasm for helping clinicians invest in effective SEO strategies has made her a trusted expert in reputational SEO, dedicated to empowering healthcare providers to build a strong online presence and positive reputation.

An unabashed sponge, Jesse loves learning all she can from her team, colleagues from various departments, podcasts, vendors, and anyone willing to "talk shop." Her educational background in cultural anthropology and law has primed her to navigate the ever-evolving regulated market. She is a big fan of generative AI, Midwestern friendliness, and working with clinicians who have cultivated a deep empathy for their patient population. Jesse and her husband have a 7-year-old daughter who graciously allows them to coach her soccer team.
