Dr. Jessica Gray is a board-certified family medicine physician with UMC Physicians in Lubbock, Texas, where she provides comprehensive outpatient care and serves in multiple leadership roles focused on physician engagement, clinician wellness, and health education initiatives. She is committed to improving patient care while supporting the development and well-being of her colleagues.

She also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, mentoring and teaching medical students through both clinical instruction and formal educational settings. In addition, Dr. Gray is the team physician for the Texas Tech University Women’s Basketball Team, combining her expertise in primary care, women’s health, and sports medicine to support NCAA Division I student-athletes.

A dedicated advocate for community health, Dr. Gray serves on the boards of the Lubbock Children’s Health Clinic, the March of Dimes West Texas Chapter, and the Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health. She is also the co-host of The Med Edit Podcast, an accredited platform providing evidence-based medical education and free CME credit, reflecting her passion for health literacy, education, and empowering patients and clinicians alike.
