Laura Gluck is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of nursing experience across critical care, perioperative recovery, and primary care. Currently practicing at Montecito Concierge Medicine, Laura blends advanced clinical skills with a deeply empathic, evidence-based approach to healing.
Before becoming an NP, Laura worked in high-acuity environments including the Surgical Trauma Burn ICU at the University of Virginia Health System and the Neurosurgery ICU at NewYork-Presbyterian. Throughout her career, she served as a charge nurse, preceptor, and clinical educator. Grounded in a commitment to preventative care, Laura views health as a multidimensional journey.
Her own experiences and intellectual curiosity shape her holistic lens, as well as international volunteer work, including a medical mission to India. Outside of work, Laura finds joy in gardening, cooking, and traveling with her husband, believing that a vibrant personal life is a vital part of sustained well-being.
