Mary Lou Song is a Collaboration Consultant specializing in leadership, team effectiveness, and organizational development. Mary Lou brings 25+ years of experience in the technology start-up sector as a strategy-focused business leader. She starter her career as a founding member of eBay in 1996, leading product management and community teams to grow the user base to 20+ million globally.
Throughout her career, she has been on the ground floor of some of the world’s leading start-ups in ad tech, media, social networking, mobile/app products, and e-commerce. She also brings 20+ years of experience in the education sector as an adjunct lecturer working with high school, undergraduate, and graduate students in journalism, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
Mary Lou is passionate about supporting leaders at all levels who want to develop their skills, build the best teams, and optimize their organizations for innovation and continuous collaboration. She holds a BS in Journalism from Northwestern University and an MA in Communication from Stanford University, and is earning a doctorate in Leadership & Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University.
