Anna Larson, DO
Pinnacle Faculty
Pelvic Floor Specialist, Physical Therapist, Public Health Advocate
Anna (she/her/hers) is a Washington state native. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Public Health with a minor in nutrition at the University of Washington. After a couple of years working for nonprofits in Seattle, she returned to the University of Washington to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Her clinical experiences included rotations in: acute care, outpatient neurological rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedic and sports. She also participated in a research project during her DPT program regarding breathing biomechanics and pelvic floor function with Kathe Wallace, a leader in the pelvic floor rehabilitation field.
This experience ignited her passion for learning all she could about pelvic floor function and dysfunction. She has developed a special interest in guiding patients through their pregnancy and postpartum journeys, particularly those experiencing low back pain, SI joint dysfunction, stress or urge incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti, and pelvic pain disorders. She also provides “push‑prep” education, empowering patients with knowledge about birth planning and postpartum recovery.
