Kelly CaspersoN MD

  • Dr. Kelly Casperson is a board-certified urologic surgeon, author, and women’s health thought leader with a gift for breaking down the science of hormones, sex, and midlife wellness. Through her top-ranked podcast You Are Not Broken, best-selling book, and international speaking engagements, she empowers women to reframe desire, embrace confidence, and normalize conversations around intimacy. In 2025, she founded The Casperson Clinic, a modern practice dedicated to hormones and sex medicine, further expanding her mission to educate and empower women worldwide.

Shannon Ritchey DPT

  • Dr. Shannon Ritchey is a former physical therapist, fitness trainer with over 15 years of experience, and founder of Evlo Fitness. She educates on the science of exercise, specifically teaching women how to build muscle will less wear-and-tear on their bodies. Residing in Austin, Texas but originally from Kansas, Shannon is a wife and mom to a daughter (and pregnant with a second!).

RESHMA SAUJANI

  • Reshma Saujani is the founder of Girls Who Code and Moms First, and host of My So-Called Midlife with Lemonada Media. A New York Times bestselling author (Pay Up, Brave, Not Perfect), she’s led national movements for gender equality and closing the tech gap. Her TED Talk “Teach girls bravery, not perfection” has over 54 million views, and her 2024 podcast was named one of TIME’s best new shows. She lives in New York City with her husband, two sons, and their dog, Steve.

Elisabeth Potter MD

  • Dr. Elisabeth Potter is a board-certified plastic surgeon and microsurgeon in Austin, Texas, specializing in natural breast reconstruction with DIEP flap surgery. A graduate of Princeton and Emory Universities with residency training at UT Southwestern, she combines advanced surgical skill with a patient-first philosophy. Beyond the operating room, Dr. Potter is a leading advocate for access to modern breast reconstruction, successfully challenging CMS’s initial plan to eliminate DIEP flap coverage and ensuring women nationwide can continue to choose this option.

Betsy Grunch MD

  • Dr. Betsy Grunch is a board-certified neurosurgeon at the Longstreet Clinic in Gainesville, Georgia, specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery and neurotrauma. A graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, she completed her residency and Spine Fellowship at Duke University. Recognized as a Top Doctor by Georgia Trend and Atlanta Magazine and honored as a Woman Making a Mark in 2023, she is also widely known online as @ladyspinedoc, where she combines medical education with humor and authenticity to inspire patients and healthcare professionals alike.

  • Dr. Mona Amin is a Board-Certified Pediatrician, IBCLC, and founder of PedsDocTalk, a trusted resource for modern parenting guidance. Featured in The New York Times, Time Magazine, NPR, Good Morning America, Parents.com, and ABC News, Dr. Mona combines her clinical expertise with real-life parenting insights to empower families with practical, easy-to-digest advice. Rocio Salas-Whalen md

  • Dr. Rocio Salas-Whalen is a board-certified endocrinologist and obesity medicine specialist in New York City, recognized as an early leader in integrating GLP-1 medications into personalized weight management. She is the author of Weightless: A Doctor's Guide to GLP-1 Medications and a national voice in reshaping the approach to obesity as a treatable, chronic condition. Beyond weight management, she is pioneering what she calls a “menopause redo,” combining hormonal expertise and modern science to help women thrive in midlife. Jen Caudle DO

  • Dr. Jennifer Caudle is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and Associate Professor in the department of Family Medicine at Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Caudle graduated with Honors from Princeton University and earned her medical degree from UMDNJ - School of Osteopathic Medicine. Known as “Dr. Jen” to her >2 Million followers across all social media platforms, she posts informational videos on popular health topics and provides motivational tips to live a healthier life.

Fenwa Milhouse MD

  • Dr. Olufenwa Famakinwa Milhouse is a board-certified urologist and fellowship-trained Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgeon who is redefining how we talk about—and treat—pelvic and sexual health. She is the co-founder and co-CEO of Down There Urology, a physician-owned practice in Chicago providing expert, inclusive care for sexual dysfunction, pelvic floor disorders, and genital aesthetics for all genders. Nationally recognized for her expertise, she was featured as the urologist on TLC’s Dr. Down Below and named a Top Doctor by Chicago magazine. As Vice President of the Chicago Urological Society and a widely followed media voice, Dr. Milhouse uses her platform to destigmatize intimate health, challenge disparities in medicine, and empower people to advocate for their bodies.

Jessica Gray MD

  • Dr. Jessica Gray is a board-certified family medicine physician with UMC Physicians in Lubbock, Texas, and Clinical Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She serves as team physician for Texas Tech Women’s Basketball and co-hosts The Med Edit Podcast, an accredited platform providing free CME and evidence-based health education. A committed advocate for women’s health and community outreach, Dr. Gray also serves on the boards of the Lubbock Children’s Health Clinic, March of Dimes West Texas, and the Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health.

Lauren Zima

  • Lauren Zima is an Emmy Award–winning journalist and producer who spent years as a correspondent and host for Entertainment Tonight, where she created and hosted CBS’ hit digital series Roses and Rosé. She now runs Next Chapter Productions with her husband, broadcaster Chris Harrison, in Austin, Texas. Beyond her media career, Lauren is a national board member of Experience Camps, a nonprofit providing free grief support programs for children who have lost a parent or sibling—a cause close to her heart after losing her father in 2010.

Roshni Koli MD

  • Dr. Roshni Koli is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist and Chief Medical Officer of the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute. She also serves as clinical adjunct faculty in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Dell Medical School, UT Austin. Previously the inaugural medical director of pediatric mental health at Dell Children’s Medical Center, she led the creation of a full continuum of pediatric mental health services in Central Texas, including hospital-based care, CPAN, and TCHATT. A nationally recognized leader in children’s mental health, Dr. Koli is dedicated to reducing stigma, expanding access, and building systems that treat mental and physical health with equal priority.

Alicia Robbins MD

  • Dr. Alicia Robbins is a board-certified OBGYN, certified menopause practitioner, and diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. She is the founder of The Elm, a women’s health practice specializing in gynecology, hormones, sexual health, and longevity. A former faculty member at Mount Sinai in New York, she has been featured in Women’s Health, Allure, Elle, The New York Times, National Geographic, and more. She is launching her podcast Call Your Doctor in fall 2025.

Brittney Culp MD

  • Dr. Brittney Culp is the Chief of Surgery at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center–Grapevine, where she has practiced trauma and emergency general surgery for the past decade. Dual board-certified in general surgery and surgical critical care, she is known for her leadership, compassion, and dedication to improving systems of care for patients and families in crisis. In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Culp supports and advocates for her physician colleagues, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional care while maintaining their own well-being.

Staci Tanouye MD

  • Dr. Staci Tanouye is a board-certified OB-GYN in private practice in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, and a leading voice in gynecologic health education. Known online as Dr. Staci T, she uses her large social media platform to empower people with vulvas to understand and embrace their bodies. A Mayo Clinic–trained physician and former faculty member, she has become a fierce advocate for dismantling stigma around women’s health while bringing candor, clarity, and humor to conversations about gynecology.

  • Dr. Christina Chen is a geriatrician and internist at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Department of Community Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and Palliative Care. Certified in acupuncture, she integrates modern medicine with holistic approaches to aging and complex care. She is the co-author of the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Guide to Healthy Aging and course director of the Care of the Older Adult CME Conference. As Founder and CEO of Hope Technologies, she is leading innovation in dementia care, while her podcast, Aging Forward, empowers listeners to navigate every stage of life with clarity and confidence.
