Meet the Host

Dr. Rukmini Rednam

Rukmini (Vinaya) Rednam, known by her patients as the ConfidenceDoc®, is an esteemed board-certified plastic surgeon serving the communities of Houston and The Woodlands, TX. Her academic journey began with her acceptance into the prestigious Conley Scholars Program at the University of Missouri-Columbia, a baccalaureate-medical program that seamlessly integrated undergraduate and medical education through a competitive selection process.

Excelling academically, Dr. Rednam graduated in the top 25% of her medical school class and secured a spot in the highly sought-after six-year integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Kentucky. Mentored by Dr. Henry C. Vasconez, she was honored with the “Resident Teaching Award” and engaged in numerous research endeavors. She has served patients both nationally and internationally.

In addition to her work as a plastic surgeon, Dr. Rednam is a multi-time founder with ventures spanning medical, beauty, and luxury goods - launching a luxury medically inspired jewelry collection alongside a celebrity jewelry designer. She is also a sought-after international keynote speaker, podcast host and Media Voice featured in Marie Claire, Glamour, Forbes, and USA Today.
