Kelly CaspersoN MD

Dr. Kelly Casperson is a board-certified urologic surgeon, author, and women’s health thought leader with a gift for breaking down the science of hormones, sex, and midlife wellness. Through her top-ranked podcast You Are Not Broken, best-selling book, and international speaking engagements, she empowers women to reframe desire, embrace confidence, and normalize conversations around intimacy. In 2025, she founded The Casperson Clinic, a modern practice dedicated to hormones and sex medicine, further expanding her mission to educate and empower women worldwide.

Dr. Shannon Ritchey is a former physical therapist, fitness trainer with over 15 years of experience, and founder of Evlo Fitness. She educates on the science of exercise, specifically teaching women how to build muscle will less wear-and-tear on their bodies. Residing in Austin, Texas but originally from Kansas, Shannon is a wife and mom to a daughter (and pregnant with a second!).

Dr. Elisabeth Potter is a board-certified plastic surgeon and microsurgeon in Austin, Texas, specializing in natural breast reconstruction with DIEP flap surgery. A graduate of Princeton and Emory Universities with residency training at UT Southwestern, she combines advanced surgical skill with a patient-first philosophy. Lauren Zima is an Emmy Award–winning journalist and producer who spent years as a correspondent and host for Entertainment Tonight, where she created and hosted CBS’ hit digital series Roses and Rosé. She now runs Next Chapter Productions with her husband, broadcaster Chris Harrison, in Austin, Texas. Beyond her media career, Lauren is a national board member of Experience Camps, a nonprofit providing free grief support programs for children who have lost a parent or sibling—a cause close to her heart after losing her father in 2010.

Dr. Roshni Koli is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist and Chief Medical Officer of the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute. She also serves as clinical adjunct faculty in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Dell Medical School, UT Austin. Previously the inaugural medical director of pediatric mental health at Dell Children’s Medical Center, she led the creation of a full continuum of pediatric mental health services in Central Texas, including hospital-based care, CPAN, and TCHATT.
