Wound Care Pro, LLC was founded by Ryain and Meg Alexander with a shared vision: to bring expert, compassionate wound and foot care to communities across Northeast Mississippi. Guided by their deep clinical experience and specialized training, they are dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes and improving quality of life through thoughtful, personalized care.
Ryain Alexander, MSN, FNP-C, AGNP-C, RNFA, CWCN-AP, brings years of expertise in burn, plastic, and vascular surgery, alongside advanced wound care certification. Meg Alexander, BSN, RN, complements this with a strong background in intensive care and cardiothoracic surgery. Together, they combine their knowledge, skill, and passion to provide care that is both clinically advanced and deeply human.

They empower individuals to heal confidently, offering guidance, education, and support every step of the way. Wound Care Pro is an innovative, app-based educational resource designed to empower clinicians with practical, evidence-based guidance in wound and ostomy care. Developed by a certified WOC nurse practitioner with over 23 years of experience, the app supports healthcare professionals in delivering confident, high-quality care across diverse settings—from bedside care to home health and education.
The app covers eight common wound types, offering strategies for both healing and palliative management, complemented by high-quality clinical images, case studies, and a sample wound formulary. Detailed documentation guidelines and video demonstrations enhance usability, while a dedicated ostomy care section addresses a specialized area of practice.
Accessible on the go and regularly updated, Wound Care Pro combines expert knowledge with practical tools to streamline learning, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen clinical decision-making. An enterprise version is also available, supporting teams with centralized management, training, and billing.

How Pinnacle Supported Wound Care Pro through joint providership
Learn at Pinnacle partnered with Wound Care Pro to bring their evidence-based educational content to healthcare professionals with accredited CE/CME credit. By leveraging Pinnacle’s expertise in compliance and joint providership, the team ensured that every aspect of the activity met accrediting body standards, including those from ACCME, ANCC, and ACPE.
Learn at Pinnacle managed the full compliance framework—reviewing content for bias, handling disclosure and conflict-of-interest forms, overseeing commercial support standards, and preparing all accreditation paperwork. They also created the Activity Detail Page, facilitated certificate generation, reported outcomes to accrediting bodies, and conducted post-activity evaluation analysis.
Through this partnership model, Wound Care Pro was able to focus on delivering high-quality, practical wound care education while Pinnacle handled the complex infrastructure, audits, and reporting requirements. This collaborative approach allowed the activity to launch quickly, maintain compliance, and provide clinicians with a seamless, credit-eligible learning experience—without the partner needing to maintain their own accreditation infrastructure.
