The CLiNiCA Blueprint was founded by Alaina Hernandez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a Family Nurse Practitioner and healthcare entrepreneur passionate about expanding access to culturally responsive care while empowering healthcare professionals to build successful, sustainable practices.
Alaina’s journey began with a desire to better serve Hispanic communities, inspiring her to teach herself Spanish and ultimately establish her own bilingual healthcare practice. Drawing on her experience as an ICU and emergency room nurse, nurse practitioner, and clinic owner, she recognized both the need for more accessible bilingual healthcare services and the challenges clinicians face when transitioning into practice ownership.
Through The CLiNiCA Blueprint, Alaina is dedicated to equipping physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician associates with the knowledge, practical tools, and operational guidance needed to launch or expand bilingual, cash-based, and hybrid healthcare practices. Her approach combines clinical insight with real-world business experience, helping providers navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship while remaining focused on meaningful patient care.
