About the 2026 Minnesota Healthy Climate Summit
The 2026 Minnesota Healthy Climate Summit, hosted by Health Professionals for a Healthy Climate, brings together healthcare and public health professionals to explore the intersection of climate change, human health, and health equity.
Centered on the theme “Interrupting Harm, and Healing at the Root,” this educational event moves beyond addressing the symptoms of climate change to examine the underlying systems, policies, and practices contributing to climate-related health inequities.
Participants will explore climate change mitigation, adaptation, and resilience strategies, gain insight into the root causes of climate-related health challenges, and learn from health professionals advancing solutions across Minnesota. The summit also provides opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration, professional networking, and meaningful engagement in climate health advocacy.
