About Money Fit MD

Dr. Latifat is a physician, mother, and money coach dedicated to supporting women in medicine in building confidence and clarity around their finances. Drawing from her own journey as a formerly self-sacrificing, financially uncertain physician, she brings authenticity, empathy, and practical guidance to help women physicians create a healthier, more intentional relationship with money.

Through her work, Dr. Latifat addresses the gaps in traditional financial education - which often overlooks women and physicians of color - by providing a supportive, judgment-free approach that celebrates diversity, promotes wellbeing, and encourages thoughtful planning for life’s goals. She is passionate about dismantling disparities in health, wealth, and opportunity, empowering women physicians to align their financial choices with their values and priorities.

Her mission is to help women physicians feel confident, capable, and in control of their financial lives so they can focus on living fully, making intentional decisions, and thriving both personally and professionally. Through her coaching, podcast, and educational programs, Dr. Latifat guides women physicians toward sustainable financial wellbeing and greater peace of mind.

About The Business and Operations of the Wealthy You Conference

Wealthy You is a supportive, CME-accredited program designed for women physicians seeking to build financial confidence and wellbeing. Led by Dr. Latifat, this three-day experience creates a nonjudgmental space where participants can explore the full spectrum of financial planning - from mindful budgeting and relationship with money to strategic decision-making and long-term life planning.

Unlike traditional one-size-fits-all financial education, Wealthy You prioritizes diversity, inclusivity, and the unique experiences of women in medicine. Participants connect with like-minded peers, share challenges, and gain practical tools to align their financial choices with personal values and professional goals. The program emphasizes sustainable strategies for thriving in medicine without burnout, enhancing professional impact, strengthening relationships, and creating more time and flexibility in life.

Over three immersive days, attendees engage in interactive sessions, workshops, and community discussions designed to unlock mindset shifts, build financial clarity, and foster personal growth. With up to 5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, this activity empowers women physicians to approach money with intention, confidence, and a sense of possibility - so they can practice medicine on their terms and live life fully.
