Menopause Camp

About Menopause Bootcamp

Menopause Bootcamp was founded by Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz, an OB/GYN, integrative women’s health advocate, author, and educator who recognized a significant gap in menopause education, support, and community after decades of caring for women.

What began in 2019 as an in-person workshop grew into a broader movement with a mission to help women and menopause-experiencing people feel informed, supported, and empowered as they navigate midlife and menopause. Through accessible education, honest conversation, and practical resources, Menopause Bootcamp works to replace confusion and isolation with greater understanding, confidence, and connection.

Dr. Gilberg-Lenz is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is board certified in integrative and holistic medicine. Her work bridges conventional medicine with a whole-person approach to women’s health, equipping both individuals and healthcare professionals to engage menopause with greater knowledge and compassion.

At its core, Menopause Bootcamp is helping advance a more informed and responsive approach to women’s healthcare—one that encourages clinicians to listen well, educate confidently, and better support women through a stage of life that has too often been overlooked.

About the Menopause Bootcamp Facilitator Certification Program

Menopause Bootcamp Certified is a professional certification program designed to strengthen healthcare professionals’ knowledge and confidence in supporting individuals through menopause. The program provides focused education that helps clinicians build a deeper understanding of menopause and translate that knowledge into more informed, responsive patient care.

Through a structured certification experience, participants have the opportunity to expand their expertise, enhance their clinical approach, and better address the needs of patients navigating this important stage of health. Menopause Bootcamp Certified supports healthcare professionals seeking practical, relevant education that can strengthen both clinical conversations and the quality of care they provide.

How Pinnacle Supported Menopause Bootcamp Through Joint Providership

Learn at Pinnacle partnered with Menopause Bootcamp to bring accredited continuing education to its educational content through a streamlined joint providership model.

Pinnacle managed the accreditation and compliance framework from start to finish, including content review, disclosure and conflict-of-interest management, commercial support standards, accreditation documentation, learner requirements, certificate generation, and required reporting to accrediting bodies.

By handling the complex regulatory and administrative work behind continuing education, Learn at Pinnacle enabled Menopause Bootcamp to remain focused on its mission, educational expertise, and learner experience. Pinnacle’s partnership model provided the infrastructure and accreditation oversight needed to offer eligible healthcare professionals CE/CME credit without requiring Menopause Bootcamp to build and maintain its own accredited continuing education program.
