About HRT University

HRT University was founded with a clear purpose: to bring clarity, confidence, and practical strategy to providers navigating the complex world of hormone therapy. Created by board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner Nico Misleh, the platform emerged from firsthand experience seeing both patients and clinicians struggle with fragmented education, unclear protocols, and limited guidance on building sustainable practices.

Driven by a belief that providers deserve better tools and training, HRT University blends clinical insight, real-world strategy, and community support to help practitioners step fully into their expertise. The organization is dedicated to empowering nurse practitioners and other healthcare providers with the knowledge, systems, and mindset needed to deliver exceptional care while building practices that support their professional and personal goals.

Co-founder Cherrell Misleh plays a vital role in shaping the supportive environment that defines HRTU. As a registered nurse and entrepreneur, she brings a deep commitment to helping providers create businesses that align with the lives they want to lead.

Together, the HRT University team is building a community of forward-thinking clinicians who are passionate about advancing hormone care, supporting one another, and creating a new standard for patient-centered practice.

About Online BHRT Course For Healthcare Providers

The HRT University Master Course is a comprehensive, ANCC-accredited online training designed to help licensed healthcare providers develop confidence and clarity in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Created by board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner Nico Misleh, the program provides a structured clinical framework that moves beyond memorizing protocols and instead teaches clinicians how to think systematically about endocrine and metabolic health.

Through more than 24 hours of on-demand instruction across 95+ structured lessons, participants explore hormone therapy across male, female, and thyroid systems while learning to interpret laboratory data within a broader physiologic context. The curriculum emphasizes practical clinical reasoning, helping providers assess symptom patterns, design stepwise treatment plans, and adjust therapy when lab results and clinical presentation do not align.

What sets this program apart is its integrated approach. Rather than teaching hormone care in isolated silos, the course connects endocrine physiology, metabolic function, and real-world patient management to build a cohesive decision-making model. This structure equips clinicians to manage both foundational and complex hormone cases with greater confidence and clinical precision.

The program offers up to 30 nursing continuing education credits, including 12 pharmacology hours, supporting healthcare professionals who want to expand their hormone therapy knowledge while strengthening safe, evidence-informed patient care.

How Pinnacle Supported HRT University

Learn at Pinnacle partnered with HRT University to bring accredited continuing education credit to its hormone therapy training while ensuring every aspect of the activity met national accreditation standards. Through its joint providership model, Learn at Pinnacle provided the compliance infrastructure required for accredited education—reviewing the activity for balance and scientific rigor, managing faculty disclosures and conflict-of-interest processes, and ensuring alignment with the standards set by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

The Learn at Pinnacle team also developed the Activity Detail Page, oversaw accreditation documentation, and implemented the systems required for learner evaluation, credit tracking, and certificate generation. Behind the scenes, Pinnacle managed the reporting and compliance requirements necessary to maintain eligibility for nursing continuing professional development credit.

This partnership allowed HRT University to focus on delivering high-quality clinical education while Learn at Pinnacle handled the regulatory, administrative, and accreditation processes. By managing these complex requirements, Learn at Pinnacle ensured that healthcare professionals completing the program could earn recognized continuing education credit within a streamlined, compliant learning experience.
