About Femme & Funded
Founded by Dr. Lori Hauck, CPA, Femme & Funded was created to help women build confidence in the financial side of business through education, practical guidance, and supportive community. Drawing on her experience as a CPA, educator, researcher, and advisor, Dr. Hauck recognized that many accomplished women had never been given the financial knowledge or language needed to navigate business growth with confidence—not because they lacked ability, but because they had never been taught.
Inspired by years of coaching women entrepreneurs and connecting with women leaders, Dr. Hauck launched Femme & Funded to create a welcoming space where finance is approachable, empowering, and free from intimidation. The organization is built on the belief that every woman deserves to understand her numbers, make informed financial decisions, and confidently pursue opportunities for growth and leadership.
Through education, advisory services, and community, Femme & Funded equips women with the tools, knowledge, and encouragement to take ownership of their financial future. About Financial Wellness CME for Female Physicians
Femme & Funded: Financial Wellness CME for Female Physicians is a comprehensive, self-paced educational program designed to strengthen financial confidence and decision-making for women in medicine. Through four progressive modules, learners explore the psychology of money, develop practical financial literacy, understand the business fundamentals of medical practice, and build strategies for long-term personal wealth.
Recognizing that most physicians receive little formal financial education, the program equips participants with the knowledge and vocabulary needed to interpret financial statements, evaluate key performance indicators, engage confidently with financial professionals, and make informed decisions about practice operations and personal finances. Interactive worksheets, case-based learning, and reflective exercises encourage learners to apply concepts directly to their own professional and financial goals.

How Pinnacle Supported Femme & Funded Through Joint Providership
Learn at Pinnacle partnered with Femme & Funded through its joint providership model, providing the accreditation expertise and compliance infrastructure needed to offer CME credit without the burden of becoming an accredited provider independently. Pinnacle guided the activity through every stage of the accreditation process, including educational planning, content review, conflict of interest management, disclosure oversight, and compliance with ACCME standards.
In addition to managing the accreditation framework, Learn at Pinnacle developed the required accreditation documentation, supported learner credit claiming and certificate generation, administered evaluations, and fulfilled all required reporting. Throughout the partnership, Pinnacle served as a trusted advisor, ensuring the educational activity met rigorous continuing education standards while allowing the Femme & Funded team to remain focused on creating meaningful learning experiences for physicians.
