About the AIBODY Burns Module

AIBODY's Burn Management educational series is an interactive, evidence-based learning experience designed to strengthen clinicians' knowledge and confidence in the early assessment and management of burn injuries. Through a progressive curriculum, participants develop practical skills in burn severity assessment, burn depth classification, total body surface area (TBSA) estimation, triage, resuscitation, and referral decision-making using current best practices and standardized clinical approaches.
Developed for the interprofessional healthcare team, the activity combines concise educational content with interactive learning features, including case-based scenarios, knowledge checks, multimedia instruction, and virtual patient simulations that reinforce real-world clinical application. Learners are guided through common assessment challenges and pitfalls while building the skills needed to make timely, accurate decisions in emergent burn care.
