Founded by Dr. Erin Sheffield—an accomplished Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon, mother of three, public speaker, and host of the Resting Stitch Face podcast—this unique experience redefines continuing education by prioritizing what matters most: genuine connection, supportive community, and meaningful self-development.

Dr. Sheffield created Elevate Summit (now known as The Doctor Is ALL In) from her deep understanding of the unique challenges women face in medicine—the constant pursuit of excellence while questioning whether they're doing enough or truly belong. 

This isn't just another conference experience. Elevate Summit serves as a sanctuary where women in medicine can step away from the demands of daily practice to reconnect with their purpose and passion. Our team managed all aspects of the accreditation process, including comprehensive content review for bias and balance, oversight of faculty disclosure requirements, and conflict of interest documentation. We ensured the retreat's educational components met rigorous standards set by accrediting bodies, enabling attendees to earn valuable CE/CME credits while participating in this unique professional development experience.

Throughout the partnership, Pinnacle handled the administrative burden—from initial compliance guidance through post-activity reporting and certificate issuance.
