About Christine Kempton, MD, MSc
Christine is the founder of a mission-driven practice dedicated to helping women in medicine reconnect with themselves, their purpose, and their lives beyond work. From the outside, her career looked like everything she had worked so hard to achieve. She was professionally successful, building a meaningful career while raising a family she loved. Yet beneath that success was a persistent sense that something was missing. Work had slowly become the center of everything, leaving little room for rest, presence, or joy.
After years of pushing through, Christine recognized the burnout that had been quietly shaping her days and chose to ask for help. Through her own coaching journey, she learned how to regulate her nervous system, shift long-held patterns, and reconnect with who she was outside of her professional role. That experience reshaped her life and clarified her calling. Today, Christine is deeply committed to supporting women in medicine as they navigate the unique pressures of their careers, offering guidance that is compassionate, empowering, and grounded in real experience. Her work centers on helping women build sustainable careers they love while creating space for fulfillment, connection, and well-being in every part of their lives.
About Quiet Your Inner Critic - Mini Course
This accredited coaching activity is designed to support women in medicine who have achieved professional success yet find themselves feeling depleted, disconnected, or burned out. Grounded in the founder’s lived experience of navigating burnout while balancing career and family, the program offers a compassionate, reflective space for healthcare professionals to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with what matters most.
Through structured 1:1 coaching, participants are guided to clarify their values, priorities, and desires, using these as anchors for sustainable change. Each session centers on real-time challenges from participants’ lives, integrating mindset work, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness to create meaningful shifts both at work and at home. Rather than prescribing one-size-fits-all solutions, the approach emphasizes helping women access their own inner wisdom and agency.
What makes this activity unique is its deep understanding of the pressures faced by women in healthcare and its focus on restoring balance without sacrificing professional fulfillment. The experience is supportive, practical, and transformative, equipping participants with tools to reduce burnout, strengthen resilience, and cultivate a more aligned and joyful life alongside their medical careers.
About Reclaim Your Life Coaching Course
Reclaim Your Life is an accredited 4-month, 1:1 coaching activity designed for women in medicine who are ready to break free from burnout, overwhelm, and survival-mode living. Created and led by physician and coach Christine Kempton, this experience is grounded in a deep understanding of medical culture and the unspoken pressures to overfunction, be perfect, and put oneself last.
Drawing from her own journey through academic medicine and burnout recovery, Christine offers a highly personalized, supportive coaching partnership that helps participants reconnect with their values, inner compass, and sense of self beyond professional roles. The program centers on identifying and releasing the patterns that fuel exhaustion—such as perfectionism, people-pleasing, and chronic over-responsibility—while building sustainable ways to lead and live with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
What makes this activity unique is its whole-person approach. Rather than focusing solely on performance or productivity, the work emphasizes nervous system awareness, mindset shifts, and values-aligned decision-making, empowering women to thrive even within demanding healthcare environments. Participants are supported in creating meaningful change that improves well-being at work and at home, without requiring them to leave medicine or wait for systemic change.
