Heather Fork, MD, MCC, is the founder of Doctor’s Crossing, a coaching organization dedicated to helping physicians find fulfillment, balance, and renewed purpose in their professional lives. After nearly a decade running a thriving dermatology practice in Austin, Dr. Fork realized that success on paper doesn’t always translate to happiness in practice. Her own journey—from selling her clinic and stepping into a period of reflection in the Texas Hill Country, to discovering her passion for career coaching—now fuels her mission to help other physicians navigate their own crossroads with clarity and confidence.
Through Doctor’s Crossing, Dr. Fork has guided hundreds of physicians to reconnect with their values, rediscover joy in their work, and chart new, authentic career paths—whether within medicine or beyond it.
